En les gardant \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit, nous y abordons ensuite les cadres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9thique en sant\u00e9 publique qui reposent sur des principes, afin de mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-plan leurs points communs et leurs diff\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n<p>Comprendre et reconna\u00eetre certaines des caract\u00e9ristiques du principisme peut aider les praticiens et les praticiennes \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mieux situer leurs propres d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations \u00e9thiques en sant\u00e9 publique en comprenant tant les diff\u00e9rences que les similarit\u00e9s entre des approches \u00e9thiques vari\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>reconna\u00eetre et rendre explicite les orientations principistes qui les guident ou qui guident d&rsquo;autres acteurs du milieu clinique ou de la sant\u00e9 publique, tant dans la recherche que dans la pratique;<\/li>\n<li>communiquer plus efficacement, apr\u00e8s avoir reconnu les orientations mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus;<\/li>\n<li>comprendre certains des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du contexte historique et des orientations philosophiques qui sous-tendent l&rsquo;\u00e9thique en sant\u00e9
