Dans le but d&rsquo;approfondir cette compr\u00e9hension, ce document pr\u00e9sente une repr\u00e9sentation graphique (un mod\u00e8le logique) des processus par lesquels les connaissances issues de la sant\u00e9 publique peuvent influencer les politiques publiques.
