Toutefois, en termes de d\u00e9veloppement de politiques publiques favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 dans des environnements complexes, il appara\u00eet de plus en plus clair que l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement d&rsquo;initiatives multisectorielles efficaces entre ces deux secteurs est essentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce document publi\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2008, Fran\u00e7ois Gagnon et Denise Kouri examinent comment le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec et celui de la Colombie-Britannique ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des initiatives de gouvernance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e afin de mieux coordonner de multiples politiques publiques et ultimement am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de leurs populations respectives.<\/p>\n<p>Par la suite, ils examinent l&rsquo;article 54 de la <em>Loi sur la sant\u00e9 publique du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> et la plateforme <em>ActNow BC<\/em> de la Colombie-Britannique comme deux strat\u00e9gies relativement bien connues au Canada pouvant servir de points de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans le cadre des discussions et des r\u00e9flexions entourant les diff\u00e9rentes approches en gouvernance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, les cadres conceptuels qui les sous-tendent ainsi que leurs strat\u00e9gies de mise en \u0153uvre.
