A collaborative project between the National Collaborating Centres for Determinants of Health (NCCDH) and for Healthy Public Policy (NCCHPP), this document provides examples of the tools and approaches to health equity that have been adopted or applied by the public health sector.

All of the resources are presented in summary form, in tables that are easy to consult and that allow for easy comparison. The resources are organized in three categories: checklists and lenses, processes and support structures. 

This is intended for people in the public health sector who are seeking to address the social determinants of health and promote health equity.
