This seminar, which was held on October 15, 2019 in the Montréal offices of the INSPQ and by videoconference in the Institut’s Québec offices, drew together participants working in the fields of public policy, evaluation more broadly and the evaluation of HIAs, more specifically.

The objectives of the meeting were as follows:

  • Present various approaches to evaluating HIAs, derived from three different national contexts
  • Discuss and critically assess these approaches to evaluation in order to identify complementary elements and potential linkages
